    As Microsoft Cloud Solutions are becoming more integrated and the lines are becoming more blurred....

    Is your business picking up O365 as a service offering, or are you partnering with O365 Partners to grow your revenue?

    There are pros and cons to both.

    Building your O365 Practice
    Pro - Owning the customer relationship
    Con - Start up costs

    Partnering with O365 Partners
    Pro - More referral leads
    Con - Risk of losing the cloud conversation

    Hi Jeffrey.  Our organization has a large Office 365 practice, and within the last year have greatly adopted the CSP licensing model to transact that licensing.
    However, we are unique in the sense that our Dynamics practices are actually a very small portion of our overall Microsoft and IT services business.  Happy to talk more 1x1.
