We see a lot of partners struggling with nurture marketing for various reasons and I'd love to hear what the CMA community thinks. What are the challenges? What has been successful for you? What's your best tip to get results? What solutions are you using to execute your nurture campaigns? If you are finding it challenge (and trust me, many of your peers are too) you might want to read the blog I just wrote that will help break it down.

We don't have too much of an issue once the nurturing process has begun. We generally use a three stage process with multiple emails per stage to nurture the prospect along, and this has been successful for us. A challenge for us has been choosing who enters into a specific nurturing campaign.  Someone who acquires a piece of our gated content is a lot easier to understand than cold prospects we are trying to reengage. Also, a lot of success comes down to the marketing email software platform you are using.

All-in-all I'd say its better to be nurturing your prospects than not to be nurturing them. :)

Can you share any insight into how you differentiate the groups into the nurture campaigns?

We are currently using MailChimp but are always open to learning if there is a better offering on the market.
