Selling and Reporting Sales Goals- Wednesday, October 16 12:45 PM – 1:45 PM                                                                                       Setting and Reporting Sales Goals Showcase goals set up for a bike manufacturer where salespeople have monthly goal sales targets for completed bike sales. Creation of the goal, nesting goals for team goals, Time period the goal is in effect Recalculate the goal and align with fiscal period. Establishing goal metrics. Use a roll up query to identify transactions that qualify for the goal (or filter out ones that do not qualify) Goal reporting - out of box, dashboards, Power BI possibility of a workflow sending a congratulatory email to users as goals are met (this may need a counter customization) Live Goal Board (a power bi dashboard) showing the data feed coming out of D365 on a big TV on wall for all to see.
