    Morning all,

We're currently considering using HubSpot here at Optimum, in order to improve our inbound marketing success.

Just wondered whether anyone had any experience of using this tool and if so, would they recommend it?

    Many thanks in advance,
    Stewart

Hi Stewart - if you're using Microsoft Dynamics, I suggest you check out ClickDimension for for your marketing automation.  It's built natively within MSFT so there's not integration like with Hubspot, and only works with Microsoft so you've got that extra expertise.

    Hi Stewart,

I agree with Kris. We chose ClickDimensions because it integrates with CRM and they have additional integrations including social media (Oktopost), new dashboard reporting (Sweetspot coming soon), Gravity Forms integration script and GoToWebinar. Their training materials are also amazing. If you would like any additional user experience feedback, feel free to ping me.

    Have a great day!

Hubspot is a great tool. Not cheap, but powerful and easy to use. I wouldn't switch just because you're on Dynamics CRM. What are  your concerns about Hubspot?

    Hi Stewart,

Just curious if the group supplied the answers you were looking for. Our company has connected HubSpot to Dynamics for various clients. As marketers we love HubSpot but the work to connect it to Dynamics is complicated because it depends on so many factors. If you want to discuss more, ping me and I can go through the various options we have used to do this.

Thanks all for the above - we've had a look at ClickDimensions and not sure it'll offer the same benefits we're aiming for. HubSpot it is!

We'll likely opt against linking this to D365 in the first instance and utilise the leads as a separate lead generation funnel.

Will update with how we get on. Thanks again.
